Draft for legal review
Website operator
This website is presented under the Axiontra brand. Privacy enquiries: Tomer@Axiontra.com. Legal operator identity and contact particulars: [to be completed during legal review before public launch].
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an enabled contact form, Axiontra uses your name, email address, company, selected interest and message to respond to your enquiry. The details are processed by the website server and our email service and sent to the company inboxes of Tomer and Asif. We also send an automated confirmation to the email address you provide. Providing details is voluntary; without contact information we cannot reply. Where the form is unavailable, you can contact the partners directly.
Providers and processing
The website uses Sites for hosting and Resend for contact notifications and automated confirmation delivery. Microsoft Outlook processes the partner inboxes. These providers may process message or technical security data as appropriate to their role. Form validation and request limits help prevent spam. Provider agreements, processing locations, access permissions and retention periods remain subject to legal review. No advertising or Analytics tools are embedded.
Preferences on your device
The website uses localStorage to remember your motion and privacy preferences. Calculator inputs are not sent to the server. You do not need to agree to analytics to read the content.
Requests and rights
Contact us about access to or correction of personal information where the law provides these rights. Requests for changes or deletion will be assessed against applicable law and retention obligations. Do not enter sensitive personal information, bank details or confidential documents in the form.
Before public launch
This policy and the notice beside the form must accurately describe the controller, collection purposes, recipients, service providers, rights and consequences of not providing information. Review the applicability of Amendment 13 to Israel's Privacy Protection Law and the Data Security Regulations.
